Lean Six Sigma Storyboard
ByA Storyboard provides a quick, visual summary of a team’s work. They can also be used for presentation materials to highlight the work of the project and the improvements made. I recommend that they be created for executive overviews and as part of closing the project. I created a mindmap of the outline of a storyboard. Depending on the project you may use a different set of tools but the outlince can still serve as a guideline for what should be included.
